As a fund manager, we fulfill all the key requirements in terms of investor protection and are registered with the BAFIN (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) as a capital management company (KVG) in accordance with the new regulations of the Capital Investment Code (KAGB).

As a team, we provide tailor-made and holistic advice in the development and administration of funds. We have many years of professional experience in many different areas of banking, investment and finance – both in German-speaking countries, as well as internationally in Europe, Asia, North and South America and Africa. Over the past 30 years, our management team has established and successfully managed many operational and investment businesses on our own behalf and for our clients.

With Deutsche Beteiligungsgesellschaft – our new joint venture – we build action bridges between fund investors, investors and supervisory bodies. We see ourselves as translators and implementers when it comes to building greater understanding of the legal and regulatory system among fund initiators and investors.
